Ashley Crohn, Esq., Principal Lawyer

Ashley Crohn has been practicing U.S. immigration law for more than 15 years. She counsels employers and foreign nationals in employment and family-based immigration, as well as investor visas.

Ms. Crohn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is admitted to the State Bar of New York. She exclusively practices U.S. immigration law.

Prior to starting A.H. Crohn Law, LLC, Ms. Crohn worked at several boutique immigration law firms in New York, NY and Austin, TX. She graduated from Brandeis University in 2003 and New York Law School in 2009, during which time she interned as a law student in the General Counsel’s Office of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) in New York. Previously, she worked at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Visa Office in Washington, D.C.

John L. Smethers, Attorney

John is a member of the New York bar and has been practicing law for over 15 years. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration, particularly in the tech sector. He is adept at H-1Bs, O-1s, L-1s, PERM and I-140s, and Adjustment of Status applications. John began his career in litigation before joining A.H. Crohn Law, LLC.

John graduated from Boston University in 2004, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008.

Amy Park, Immigration Specialist

Amy holds over 20 years of experience in corporate immigration law in both law firm and in-house environments. She has worked with multinational corporate clients in a variety of industries, including finance, entertainment and information technology, through all stages of immigration.

Amy specializes in nonimmigrant petitions, such as L, TN, H-1B, E-3, O-1 and B visas, and immigrant visa matters, such as I-140, Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization applications.

In her free time, Amy is the founder and creative director of a sustainable fashion concept store and a proud dog mom of Ollie.

Amy speaks Korean and English and is conversational in Spanish and French. She graduated from New York Law School.
